I went to my doctor the other day and he did an EKG and said although its not dangerous it seems my hearts position in my chest is pointing slightly to the left instead of where its supposed to be. He said they usually see something like this with asthma patients or people with a blood clot or something. But I don't believe I have either of these issues..now I am set to go for sn echocardiogram and then a stress test so I am a bit worried , anyone know what this result from my EKG means or do you have any other info on it?

Sorry I don't have any info on this condition. I was wondering why the doctor didn't request an x-ray of your chest? That would have immediately shown him the location of your heart. Good luck :)

Just my opinion but it sounds like your doctor is out to make a few bucks by giving you an echo and stress test. How old are you? Like Jack said,The Chest X-Ray would immediately show where the heart was and is much quicker than an echo or stress test.
