I have been reading some of the advice posted; I have been suffering from excessive gas problem; it smells really bad. It causes lot of embarrassment at work; i suffer what is called silent, deadly gas problem. Lately
my co-workers have started commenting about it. They laugh behind my back and this has started affecting my work. I started
reading books and researching online. I read books about
PH BALANCE; I read about 5 books. The common thing which
everybody agrees is eat as much as raw fruits and raw
vegetables. I have started eating salads everyday and
add organic uncultured butter; raw honey etc. It still does not solve my problem. I have changed my dietary habits for about a month; there is some improvement but not much. Desperate, I started drinking alkaline water, it made it worse. I have started taking acidophillus
caplets; I have done this only for 2 weeks now, so I don't know. I am planning to try on the superenzymall
probiotic or omegazyme. Can anyone suggest which is better? Omegazyme has more digestive enzymes than the
superenzymall. Has anyone tried these?? Please help...

As you know after reading the books ---smelly gas is caused by eating too much acidic foods, poor digestion and intestinal bacteria.

You can check your urine with litmus paper to see if your diet is making your system less acidic.
Eat yogurt helps with the bacteria and digestion. Enzymes definitely help.

God Bless---Harry
