What i was wanting to know is all the sudden i started feeling tired like i wasnt getting enough sleep even when going to bed early and sleeping through the night. Getting very moody, i also get dizzy and light headed and i have no engery.Can anyone please help me?

I experienced the same symptoms, and even passed out, but I just figured it was because I was pregnant. It wasn't until I actually got a blood test (for the pregnancy) that I found out that I was severely anemic.
It sounds to me (so far anyway) that you might have low iron in your blood, or maybe even low blood sugar. In any case, you should get checked out, before you pass out and scare your poor mother, who's trying to give you a perm (that's what happened to me, anyway!)!! LOL
