i have a dr's app. monday but i just need some questions answered. i have some problems with my mouth. my right jaw is sore for some reason.my lips,tounge and my right jaw will feel like ive had a shot of novacain and it is wearing off.my lips will look like they have spots on them dark spots,and i also have on the inside of both my jaws black spots.i dont know what all this means,but im scared. i am 32 have been smoking since i was 13.has anyone ever experienced this or heard of it? thanks for all your help.

The black spots could be dried blood because you bite your cheeks.

i dont have any back teeth,so i dont bite them.it almost looks like someone put light black paint in my jaws.i just dont know
