Somewhere on this board was mentioned that orange juice and bananas help lower blood pressure. Is this true? :confused:

It has some information on Potassium (orange juice and bananas are both high in potassium.) Potassium promotes good muscle function and your heart is indeed a muscle. As you'll see in that article, onions and garlic have been known to reduce BP as well.
