Hi all. Question for ya. Got my file finally, wanted to know if you knew what a "fractional d&c" was. I had a conization and that for intraepithelial neoplasia. Also says DX --high grade squamous intraepithelial lesion. Three paps have come back fine now. Considering novasure for heavy bleeding during period. During that, or before I should say, they are doing an endometrial biopsy under general for both. Any comments would be appreciated. Does this sound bad to you, for example, does it sound so severe that I should not have the ablation due to the fact it would be harder to detect cancer after? thanks in advance. ---Laurie

My guess is that the Doctors will do the proceedures in the order necessary to detect any problems.
