I'm a 17 year old and I get very sweaty palms, very easily. What's the cause of this and is there anything that can be done to stop it? :(

it could be just nervousness....if you have any other things(sympoms) goingon, it could be a panic disorder of some sort.....talk to your doc anout this and see what he/she has to say......heather
