I don't know anything about the surgery, but I have been diagnosed with a fatty liver and there is a spot on my pancreas that the GI said was a fat deposit from the fatty liver.I can't seem to find out much on-line about it though. Good luck with your surgery!

There is not much medication out there to treat a fatty liver, but diet is supposed to help. I learn more about it every day. What I can't seem to find is anything about the pancreas problems. But I have found out that liver and pancreas problems seem to go together sometimes. Have you found out anything about your surgery yet? Good luck to you!
