View Full Version : "Sleepy" in the eye?

Hello, this is my first post on these board. i just have a simple question, im 18 years old and have lots of "junk" or "sleepy" in my eye. even when i wake up and rub them, it just seems to make it visible and doesnt brush it out. is there anyway to fix this? i.e. washing with water? thanks for all replys.

Best way to get rid of sleep in your eye(s) is to wash your face with warm water in the morning and use a cloth to make sure you have gotten rid of it all.

You dont have conjuntivitis or anything do you?...i think if they are itchy and you have sleep then maybe wise to visit a doctor.

otherwise try the warm water trick.
