I just started my nuva ring, and i have not used any other BC for 6 months...well according to the instructions i am supposed to put in the ring from the 1st to- at the lastest 5th day of my period, even if im still bleeding...and i know i am supposed to follow the directions but i did not know this untill i opend the package...the reason i had it in my hands was because the nurse said it was okay just as long as i put it in right away, like as soon as i get home...so i put it in when i got home. ok so i may be 2 days late, could be 1 day(?)...anyway...will that effect anything?

should i be worried about getting pregnant? I read in the instructions that if the ring is in for 7 days from the first use then i'm in the clear...so maybe then i dont have to worry if i have unprotected sex with DH in one week ...hmmm...i hate these miscommunications...
