Hi There,

I'll be taking a 10 day trip to see the in-laws soon. It's cold there and cold here so my fibro is killing me. I'm not so worried about the traveling part because we're going to split the drive over two days there and back so it'll be about four hours each day with lots of stops since we have little ones. It's being at the visitees home and not having my bed and my usual ability to lay in bed or stay in my nightgown all day if I need to. That's what worries me.

It will be hard for not to feel like I need to get up and try to act normal even if I feel badly. Any advice?

Get yourself some of those pj pants that I see kids wearing and big t-shirt, that way atleast you might feel like you are in your nightgown.
