oh man, be prepared for this one.

I am 135 pounds, 5'6''. I want to get down to 125. I run 3 miles a day, walk 3 miles a day and just recently started to cut my calories back to 1200. yes, i can do this. Do u think i will be successful in losing weight.. will this work?

In, my opinion I don't think you need to lose weight at all, but thats just my opinion. I think if you just eat right and exercise you are doing just fine. I think 135 is perfect, you are healthy and you still have some curves which is great in my opinion. But if your set on it, I think you will lose weight with the 1200 cal and 6 miles a day exercise.

Yes you will lose weight. I probably would have stated with a few more calories but see what happens after 2 weeks (the first week will be water/fluid loss) econd week is more realistic weight loss. Very important to eat the right 1200 calories and split that throughout the day (5 meals). Make sure you are getting the most nutrients to fuel the lean mass in your body. Ultimately we diet to change the way we look however, many diets only make smaller versions of the same basic shape ;) Best of luck
