:confused: Hi do you have anything about what causes ocd,i mean is it something chemical in brain that causes ocd???

anxiety and stress is the basic cause, learning how to relax and handle stress better helps a lot

Its caused by an overactive circuit in the frontal part of the brain. This can be shown with a brain scan. OCD is hereditary is passed through genes. Stress does not cause it initially.
