You should see your doctor for proper diagnosis. Many things can cause these symptoms, some serious and others not so serious.

I agree pop into the Dr. just to be sure. I just last month "thought" I had bronchitis and let it go for weeks.
Started with the dry cough and before I knew it I had walking phenmonia! It took me a month to get over it and it was not fun. I did two Z packs and over the counter musenix cost a lot but boy it helped loosen the chest conjestion.
