My cousin died of AIDs in 1991, just before the new drugs came about, sadly. He may have lasted even to today if the drugs had come faster or he got AIDs later...will never know. My question here, for anyone having AIDS or close to someone with AIDs, what were the very first symptoms? What was the very first clue, feelings, healthwise that is, that something was not right? I always wanted to ask my cousin questions, but we were never real close to be chummy and open. I always wanted to ask him, or others with AIDs, the very first sign something was different in their health. My cousin was over weight, and I had seen him in the Summer way back before he knew he had it and he looked same as always. When I seen him in that Fall season, he had lost a lot of weight and walked like an old person. Somewhere within 4-5 months he had been hit hard. I wish I could have ask him what his health was like after I seen him earlier that Summer, before he went down hill so fast. So I'm asking anyone with AIDs, that would reply, what their very first symptoms were? Weight loss, overly tired feelings, skin problems, rashes, lack of energy???
