Hi Everyone, Hope you are all doing great.

I have been getting this for a long time but lately it has become more persitant. I am getting pain in my elbow, like I hit the crazy bone, tngling down my arm, numbness in my fingers, wrist pain and sometimes getting pain from the under arm down to the elbow, quick pain that comes and goes. This entire things comes and goes throughout the day, but is very bothersome and I have had it for almost two weeks. Sometimes I think it is coming from my elbow, other times my neck and still other times my shoulder.

Any input?

Hugs, Linda

Hi Linda,

I get that in my arms too, but more often in my legs. I try to wiggle them around (don't know if this actually works) and eventually it goes away. For my legs, it seems acupuncture in my lower back and SI joints seems to help.

Good Luck!

Thanks so much for your reponse. Seems like you and I are the only two that get this. I still have it and am going to the Chiro. tomorrow, seems to me like there is nerve involved somewhere.

Good Luck to you, Linda

I have constant pain in my elbow that goes down my arms and also radiates from the neck area to my elbow. It's like the nerve gets pinched in the neck & shoulder and makes the elbow in excrutiating pain
also.  :blob_fire

I get pain, tingling and numbness in my hands(mostly the left, as I'm left-handed). It gets so bad it wakes me at night. Lately the tingling in my fingers has turned to a burning sensation. I have difficulty finding a position for my arm that can get the feeling back into my fingers. Sometimes I have to have my DH push on my back around my shoulder blades and that sometimes helps, or I will get out of bed and push my upper back against the corner of a doorway to get the same effect. Also when I'm driving and my arms are bent at the elbows, my hands and fingers tingle and get numb ...same thing when I'm holding a book. A doctor once told me not to bend my arms. Yeah, right, that'll fix it.

Oh , i get those pains too, and theyve been getting worse over this last year. Honestly, i dont remember them being this bad or even close to it last year. Right now, im in a flareup so, everything hurts. But im wondering if others feel like your arms or back have a very bad sunburn feeling to it. Or like a bad burning sensation ON the skin that goes all the way deep down into tissue. I cant for the life of my understand what that is, and i HATE that part because it makes wearing clothes or even sleeping under a thin sheet painful. My wrists have also been hurting more as well as my ankles. Oh and the joint area where the finger meets the hand, that part has become very painful as well. I can barely touch that area without jumping. Anyone else get that pain?
