Hello everyone. I have just joined this board so I thought I would introduce myself. My name is Liz and I live in Yorkshire, England.
I am a typical serial quitter when it comes to smoking and am now on my 4th quit this year. I am hoping this is the big one as it is far too hard to keep going through withdrawal. Anyway I am on my 5th day and am doing ok. I am using the Nicorette Inhalor this time to see if that will help.
Well thats all for now. I hope to get to know you all real soon and good luck to all who are quitting.
Blessed be
Liz xxxxx

Good going Liz! I'm glad the inhalor is working for you! I was a serial quitter too, now almost 13 months smoke free. I agree, it's hard to do this over and over, so I'm making this my final quit too. I'm feeling great about it, and hardly ever crave them now.
Hang tough Liz, you'll get there too!

Hey everyone! I was on the message boards a couple years ago but haven't been on since then. I've been doing a lot of reading but I have a feeling I'm gonna need this board. I'm trying to quit smoking right now. I did really well yesterday for the Smoke-Out. I caved in at about 9 p.m. last night and then I've had about 5 or 6 today. I still consider that really good since I was smoking 1-1 1/2 packs a day. I'm 24 y/o and I know I need to quit now before I really can't. Especially for my darling little man (he's 3). Good luck to everyone trying to quit and Good Job! to everyone who has. Wish me the best-I'm definitely gonna need it!
