I have been checking my B/P about 11-15 times a month at different times for 21 months now. I have had about the same average of 116/66 for months now. What is the point in checking it all of the time? It's the same arguement that I have when my doc. wants to see me in 4 months for a B/P check. I can do that myself. After 21 months of monitoring I think that it is enough. It has become an obsession for me. I can't go into a pharmacy without checking. It drives my g/f crazy. If I had a B/P monitor, I would donate it to someone who needs it. I will check once every week or every other week from now on.

B/P today 113/69 (8:30 A.M.- 30 minutes after taking meds.)
B/P yesterday 113/68 (10:30 A.M.)
B/P Wednesday 113/66 (10:30 A.M.)
B/P Wednesday 115/65 (6:00 P.M.)
