I started increasing my fiber due to an anal fissure. I have been eating both insoluble and soluble fiber. The problem I am having now is my stool is very long and large (it is softer, though). I'm not sure what I should do as this is causing me pain because of my fissure. I wish I could just have normal sized soft stools. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.
