Hi im 16 years old and i found a i wouldnt say a lump but a hard little bb thing on my right testi... it hurts when you touched it, it also moves around under the skin..... anyone know what this could be?

You may have a small cyst. Even the epididimis (which is normal) may be what you felt.

Hey there wild.
I can sympathize with you. I am a 17 year old and I recently found a lump or bb sized hard thing in my testicle. I completley freaked out and went into the doctor. Had an ultrasound and found out it was only a cyst. I guess its pretty common and they mostly just leave it be. I would probably go and have it checked out just so you dont worry about it but i wouldnt get too worked up. Being that you are a young guy its pretty unlikely that it is cancer and cysts are pretty common.
