What is that and what is the cause of small bowel wall thickening? If it's inflammation.....from what? Food? Strain?

Sounds like Crohn's disease. It causes inflammation in the small intestine and eventually there's scarring and the bowel tissue thickens.

But, I don't have symptoms of Chrohns Disease. Is the scarring something dangerous?

Can it be from IBS or hemmoroids?

No, cause IBS doesn't cause any structural changes in the bowel, and hemorroids don't occur in the small bowel - only the colon.

As well as Crohn's, Celiac Spru can also cause thickening and inflammation with scarring in the small intestine. However, as soon as you cut out the gluten in your diet, this should resolve.
It could be that you have Celiac spru rather than Crohn's.
