With beginning an anti-yeast remedy, I need to do the low/no sugar diet thing for a while....I need some help/suggestions!!!

I've always been a carbo. and fruit person...which I know I need to eliminate...Now I don't know what to eat!!I'm so hungary!! Breatfast is especially impossible!!

I've been good at eating the veggies-I feel like I've been eating too much meat though...(I don't eat that much to begin with)

Does anyone have any good ideas and/or resources for eating a low/no sugar diet???

It's very important to limit your sugar!!! This process starves the yeast's food source.
As you know candida thrives on sugary food including simple carbs that readily turn to sugar just by chewing.

Complex carbs don't release or turn to sugar as fast. You can eat whole grains. You can buy spourted breads at most health food stores. But, some people don't like them. Oatmeal, rice, sweet potatos are OK.

Books that outline yeast control programs have a section on what to eat and not eat. Find a copy of the Yeast Connection---it has a good section about what should be eaten.
