I'm not totally sure, but *I think* there are some lymph nodes located under your arms...so perhaps, they are fithing off an infection? Any swelling you notice?

Sounds like swollen glands in your armpits. This is totally normal when you get sick with a cold and sore throat. It is much like the glands in your throat swelling up. I always get swollen armpits and swollen feet when I get sick. Feel better!
