I tried Xenical and it was working for me, but because I have digestive problems I had to stop, so it is not for everyone.

But, there are three other people I know at my work, who have had some success with Xenical.

One of them is very obese, he weighs about 320 pounds (or did) and he has lost about 16 pounds in about 4 weeks, the other two have lost around 7 pounds each.

If you have health issues, it is worth checking with your doctor first, but it's worth a try, I say.
