I'm new here and was wondering if this is sleep apnea or something else. No matter how much sleep I get I feel exhausted. I can sleep all night, wake up and start moving around and then about an hour later I feel exhausted and have to go back to bed. When I go back to bed, I sleep as if I didn't sleep at all the previous night. This happens a few times a day. You'd think that would make it hard for me to sleep at night but it doesn't. I go to sleep like just fine at night. My sister told me that I do snore loudly but she doesn't know if I stop breathing or not. I was wondering if this is sleep apnea or something else.

Sounds like it could very well be sleep apnea, or possibly some other sleep disorder. You might want to contact Dr who might arrange sleep study. I found out several weeks ago I have OSA and was placed on cpap. Can't believe how much better I feel in just the three short weeks since becoming a hosehead.
