Hello everyone....I just bought a bottle of stackers2. I just wanted to know if anyone had any success with weightloss while taking Stackers2. If so did you exercise and change the way you ate? How much did you lose while taking it?...Thanks so much! :)

I lost a load of weight just drinking water. I took my wieght and drank 1/2 of it in oz of water each day.
The olny down side is that you have to stay near a bath room. :)

you mean all that you did was drink 1/2 your weight in oz of water every day? wow thats great. good for you. Id go crazy drinking that much water. : :eek:

I took stackers 3 and lost about 20 lbs in like a month and a half but you have to be careful because sometimes you forget to eat and then you get in a habit of it and thats not good I came clolse becoming anorexic my husband had to get me to stop taking it but yeah, stackers work and as far as drinking water drink lots and lots of it I know, ughhh, but you have to kind of let your self get used to it. try putting lemon in it or splenda in it. it changes the taste some.I have also heard that if you take your weight divide it by 2 that is how much water you are suppose to drink and as far as staying close to the restroom, only for the first few days then your body gets used to it.

wow Stackers really worked for you! I think thats great. Its a shame you got close to anorexia though,but youre ok and thats good. I know i have to drink more water. water is all i drank yesterday ,and a lot of it,now i have to keep doing that EVERY day. Splena in the water? I never thought of that..the lemon is ok,i d rather drink it plain then with lemon. :)
