I have a wave in my hair and want to straighten it. What is the best one I can buy without spending a lot of money??? I know the Chi is awesome, but I really do not want to spend that much on a straightner. I'm sure cheaper ones will do well on my hair, as it is not really curly, any suggestions? Thank you in advance!

I bought a cheap (like 15-20 dollars) Revlon hair straightener, I had BAD perm about 5 months ago.. but this has SAVED my life.

i can't think of any brands off the top of my head, but the best straighteners have either gold or ceramic plates and are the narrowest ones.

Yes, definitely get a ceramic one. These run for different amounts, but I know Revlon makes relatively cheap ceramic straighteners. Good luck!
