I'm not sure if this is posted in the right area, but I'm going to hope someone can shed some light on this. I'm 21 years old and I have nightmares and occasional night terrors. In a week, I'll usually have them 6 nights. The night terrors don't happen as often. They usally happen once every two weeks. Anybody know how to get rid of that?

Smurfette, I don't know about the nightmares, but on the night terrors I was told to sleep with a light on in the room. I just use a nightlight and it does seem to be helping. I never had them as often as you, maybe one episode every 2-3 months, but since getting the night light, I've only had two in the last 2 years, and much more mild than before.
