Please help me

A month ago i just started to go on the pill, taking one everyday for 21 days then having my 7 day break.
Yesterday, i came off of my break, and took one pill. However, around 12 hours, i was sick.
Do i simply take another pill today as normal?
Help?

Are you a sunday starter? You should have started the next pack on either Sunday or the first day of your period.

If you're sick after taking your pill you need to carry on as usual, and use an additional method of contraception for the next 7 days (eg. condoms). However, if the pill has had time to get into your system, you won't need to use the extra contraception. You could check the leaflet that came with the pills, as it might tell you how long it takes. If not, better to be on the safe side and use condoms.
