Hello, 3 weeks ago I skipped the placebo pills of Tricylclen (been on it for 4 years) to avoid my period because my boyfriends was coming to visit me. It only delayed my period for a few days and my period was longer and heavier than normal.. however now, as I am finishing that pack I am experiancing severe abdominal pain at all hours of the day. I have thrown up only once, but the pain in unbearable. Could this be linked to attempting to skip a period. Or could this pain be pregnancy??? Since I have gotten my period since the last time my bf and I had sex is it possible that i could be pregnant.
Had anyone experianced similar pain due to skipping periods?
Hope someone has answers

I haven't experienced what you are going through, but I thought I should make two comments. First, trying to skip a period when you're on a triphasil birth control is not a good idea. It is the least successful kind of pill to try that with. Second, if you are pregnant, I can't imagin it's normal for you to be in such pain. Maybe someone who's had a very painful early pregnancy can comment. Anyway, I think it's more likely related to your upcoming period. And since you say you have had a period since you and your bf have had sex, it is not likely you are pregnant (although it's always possible to have a period and still be preg, but it's rare, and there is usually something different w/the period).
