Well I was on the patch for 3 days and then I broke out in a really bad rash. My pharmacist says it was an allergic reaction and I have to stop using the patch. So I took it off last night at 7:30 and I didn't have a cig until noon today. But I went to the pharmacy and bought the nicorette inhaler starter kit so I am good to go now hopefully. So I am pleased to report I've only had 1 cigarette in 4 days and everyone relapses every now and then right? I'm back on track and I'll let you know how it goes with the inhaler. Has anyone had any success with the inhaler? let me know. Thanks!
