Alright here's my problem. I don't sleep and when I do it's very little. Because I don't sleep I end p falling asleep during class in the afternoon. I try as hard as I can to sleep and have done everything I can think of. I've tired herbal teas, oatmeal, lighting a lavender candle pretty much everything except sleeping pills (mom doesn't want me on drugs) Does anyone know what could be causing this?

I have gotten a grand total of 3hours of sleep in the last 14 days, and this has been going on for the past 6 months...at first I was indifferent to it completely fine but now it's really taking a tole on me and I really can't afford to sleep through any more math classes (I'm just passing as it is)

Please help me!!

Have you tried vigorous exercise at least 4 times a week? How about milk? Proteins let loose tryptophan when you eat a bit of carbohydrate with it.

Your mom is right, drugs will only make it worse in the longrun..
