I had c5c6 10 weeks ago and my neck still feels very stiff. I have very little movement. When will this go away? When did you feel you had all of your mobility back?

Aspen,

It's been 18 weeks for me, and I still have some stiffness. I'm probably 85% of "normal"...whatever that is.

 There are time where I feel great, kinda like I never had the surgery or problem, then other times the stiffness and grind is there alot,I think it depends on how I sleep and how much I did that day.Diana

Hi Aspen, and all others, yeap I am still around, and I am reading your posts now and then. I am 12 weeks post op, and feel fairly okay with movement on the neck, its really the worst first thing in the morning where i feel a tearing pain near the incision, other then that neck is getting pretty good, still some numb feeling too, I am able to look at the stars again :D . Now I am waiting to get the shoulder fixed in about 3 weeks, not looking forward to that one, take care Aspen and hang in, it will get better. Martina
