I have been taking microgestin 1/20 for about five months and I have noticed that I am lightheaded a lot and I was wondering if anyone else experienced this with this pill? I thought that because it was a low dose, it wouldn't have the side effects? Maybe the lightheadedness is just PMS because it is worse right before I get my period. Thanks

I highly doubt that the lightheadedness is caused by the pill, but anything is possible. I suggest taking your pill before bed, to avoid the lightheaded side-effect.
