Stress pains are very similar to gall stone pains. It's very very common...I ended up in the emergency room once and so have other mentally ill friends of mine with the doctors ending up telling me, "you're fine! It's stress! Nothing is wrong with you! Go home! We've checked everything...you're healthy! I wish I was as healthy as you! Stop worrying! Take a valium and call your psychiatrist!" ;) Have you tried a heating pad? It's often an extremely tense muscle spasming in the abdomen.
