I have noticed small clumps of blood in my stool. What could this be? Should I see a doctor?
Thanks

If it is "clumps" it may not be blood...have you eaten tomatos or strawbereies lately? red peppers?

Have not ate anything red. My poop is also streaked with blood.

Any pain when you defecate? You should see a doctor if it doesn't clear up in a few days to make sure its just hemorrhoids

I would go consult with a doctor for sure. Its better to be safe about things like this. And not wait and see...

Went to Doc yesterday and he did an exam, (hate those things)He said there was a small hemroid that was causing the blood and to take stool softeners.
Thanks for everyones info.
