I am 25 yrs old, I been on birth control for 3 yrs, & never been late or missed a period. This past month I have missed a few pills & took them when I had remebered. But I have done that in the past also. Anyways I am now a week late for my priod, I took a test the 2nd day I was late & it came up neggative. I am worried that if I am pregnant will taking the pill affect the pregnancy & it could it make the symptoms different in anyway? Need help someone please>

I guess it is a possiblity...How late have you been before?? Count up the days..it could be that your just real late. Also if you've been really stressed lately (I'm sure this doesn't help matters in that dept.) then that could push your period back.

If I were you I would take a pregnancy test and until then stop your BC. It can harm your baby. I wish you the best of luck.

most people find out they are pregnant at 6 weeks. My girlfriend was taking her pill up till she found out she was pregnant...
I'd suggest taking another test or going into your doctor for a test.
