Ok.... another BC question for you. A little background on me- I'm 23 and I've only had sex one time. (That is not a typo- not one person... one time period.) Anyways this is my first time on BC pills (Estrostep Fe) so I have some questions for the Pros out there...
I'm currently in a relationship (we have not slept together yet...) and last night things got a little crazy. Without getting into to great of detail- we were messing around and even though we didn't actaully have " intercourse" he was kinda pushing the tip in and out... This morning he asked me if I was ok because he said that when he went to the restroom in the middle of the night- he saw blood on some of his clothes that were on the bed when we were messing around... I guess that things went a little further than we both thought although we stopped so I'm not sure what the heck happened???.. Anyways- two questions. First- I'm on my third week of BC pills- If I understand correctly I'm protected almost 100% after the first month- but where does that leave me now? When can we have unprotected sex with almost zero chance of pregnancy?
Also- on a different note than BC- Why would I have bleed so bad if he didn't penetrate me fully? the first time i also bleed pretty badly so I thought that part was over... I understand that it might take a couple times- but I should mention that I have had a baby since my "first" time- Any thoughts on this? I would appreciate it!!! Thanks!

you had sex one time ever and has a baby? wow. anyway the bleeding just maybe because you havent had sex all that much, or it could just be breakthough period because youve only been on the pills for a short time. some women experience spotting and such things at wierd times because of the pills i know i do. im not too sure n teh exact time you can have sex with almost 0 chance of preg. but then again pills fail right? so using a condom with pills is a good idea

First you have had sex more than once now. He penatrated you,no matter how much of his penis was in you it still counts as sex.
It could have been break through bleeding, which can happen on the pill. Or since you havent had sex in a while then you can bleed again. I know it sucks but it can happen. Also if you werent wet enough or he didnt push at the right angle it could have caused a tear to occur which can bleed quite a bit.

When is comes to sex there is never a complete zero chance of pregnancy. Birth control can and does fail so dont expect total protection. So be aware that even if you take your bc perfectly you are still at a slight risk of pregnancy. The only 100% effective way to avoid pregnancy is to abstaine.
