Anybody else wake up sometimes in the morning feeling a little nauseous at certain times of the month? I'm NOT pregnant; it's been like this for months, usually for a week or so in the middle of my cycle. It's not so bad that I actually throw up or anything, I just feel a little icky. I'm convinced it's the BC pills. This happen to anyone else?
Thanks!

I have experienced some nausea when I get up in the AM also. I have been on my BC for only 4 months now & I was begining to think my body was getting adjusted to the stuff but I guess not. I feel sick when I get up in the morning & then a week or so ago I also felt sick at night before I went to bed (it only lasted a few days). But I agree with you, I think it has something to do with the birth control. What kind are you taking? I'm on Estrostep FE!

I used to be on Estrostep, but had breakthrough bleeding. I felt this way on Estrostep, too. Now, I'm on Alesse.
*whew* Glad I'm not the only one, heheh...

I have had lots of break through bleeding. I started the pill in September - because I got married 10/16 & my doc was trying to get me into taking 3 packs in a row w/out a peroid but it didn't work.(Well so far it hasn't- they say it take @ least the 1st 3 packs of bills for your body to adjust) but I had breakthrough bleeding most of the time. But I am now finishing up my placebo pills tonight & :) will be starting a new pack tomorrow, so hopefully I can do as my doc ordered & go 2 maybe 3 mths b4 I have a peroid. Did you take yours like that or did you take the placebo pills each month? It would be really great if I could get my body into only having a peroid every 2 or 3 months. But I am glad that I'm not the only one who has taken Estrostep & had the nausea & the spotting. Thanks for the reply!

I have a lot of trouble with nausea on the pill. And there is no rhyme or reason to it. I tried different levels of estrogen and sometimes it was worse on the lower dose. But I finally found a pill that works for me.
