I just wanted to stop in and let those know me my mom passed away a week ago in her home. My sister, myself, her brother and uncle were with her when she passed.
She went downhill quickly as soon as all of her business seemed to be completed she was ready to go.
Thank you for your prayers and all of your postings.
I am back home and now have the time I need to grieve for her.
Her cancer was non small cell lung and it spread rapidly through her body
Her dr. gave her one month but we made it two.
Take care everyone and this group is in my prayers

Hello Robin, I didn't know you or your mother, but wanted to post a note of sympathy to you. What a tough time for you and your family. I hope you find comfort from one another and from good memories of your mother, and also comfort knowing you helped her as much as you could.
God bless.

Robin, I am sorry ..I hope you will have some time from the demands of life, to reflect and begin healing. Take care of you.
As sawbuck once said. We will only be apart for a season' one day we will rejoin one another to once again complete our families circle. Till then our mothers will live on through us. God Bless (hugs) Mattie
Hi Robin, Im sorry for your loss. Its very hard. I too lost my dad in May. He was a 6 year survivor. Cancer just came back overnight, they gave him 6 months, he passed peacefully in 4 weeks. Take this time to be with family and think of the things you all share. Its hard I know that but it can get better. You are in my thoughts and god bless you and your family.

Thank you for all of your thoughts and prayers, it has been more difficult since I got back to Indiana. Christmas was tough but the major snow storm we had here kept my difficulties at bay.
I am praying for everyone here and their personal situations too.
God Bless

I'm sorry for your loss. It's never easy to have a parent die from any disorder, but I think it's even worse when it's cancer.
