does anyone know the levels of estrogen/progestin for yasmin, orth tri-cyclen, estrosteph and ovcon? what exactly does estrogen/progestin mean??

yasmin has 30mcg of estrogen, ortho tri cyclen has 35. The progestins are completely different and you really can't compare them just be looking at the numbers.
The estrogen in pills is a synthetic form of what your body makes. The progestin is a synthetic form of the hormone progesterone.

The progesterone level (the progesterone in this pill is norgestimate) it changes each week with both of these pills. It starts at 0.180 mg then .0215 mg then .250mg.

I really don't know a lot about ovcon and the other pill I have never heard of.
