Brilliant!! Not the best timing, but you'll be OK - I was back to 'normal' the day after the tests, so you should be fine for Christmas. Really glad you've got a date finally. Good luck!!

CL: Hhhhhuuuuuuuurrrrrraaaaahhh!!!

Just so you know, after my first ENG I felt bad for a couple of days, but after the one I had in london and the rotation chair I felt back to my normal dizzy self once the spinning settled within a few minutes.... I'm sure it will be the same for you...

Hi CL! Good News that you have an appointment that might set you on the right road!

I am assuming you are talking about "L L"? I don't really know who she is but I read something else about her in another post. Is she one of these neuro-otologists I've seen posts about lately? I did a search for her but couldn't find much! I would like to find someone that actually knows about inner-ear disorders in the south-east as most of the Drs I have seen don't seem to know much!

Good Luck with your tests! I am sure you will be fine!!

Yes it is LL like you say - dont like putting the name down for anonyminity etc. She has written many things and is v renound and v good. I would recommend you go there. See hbeps posts on "finding a neurotologist". If you are in the south east, then it'll not be a problem for you to get there.

Bye for now xx

HI CL,

Excellent news, think I've said this elsewhere, but I've always seen the registrars and bar one (they left ages ago) I've always found them to be excellent.

best,
