I have read that book, as part of the therapy I had to go through to overcome my eating disorder. It is a good book, has also been made into a movie, there is also another movie out there, that is good, its called For the Love of Nancy. Not sure if you can rent it or not, but you may be able to buy it. That is a good movie about eating disorders.
However, if you are searching for a "how to do it" movie, then they won't help you. They are more to help you understand what makes you the way you are, and help you figure out what you are doing to your body, and how to change it.
I have suffered from both anorexia and bulhemia. So I have been there. The question you need to really ask yourself, is are you looking for a "how to" or a "how to get help" before you buy that book.
