My Mother in law is going into the hospital for lung surgery. I want to give her pajamas, or nightgown, so she doesn't have to live in a hospital gown. Which would be more convenient for her, pajamas or a nightgown? I'm thinking pajamas with a button down top so her incision can be easily examined without completely disrobing. Any suggestions from someone who has been through it would be greatly appreciated.

I would get her the gown, much more convenient!

Maybe a gown that buttons actually, now that I think about it. That way, she does not have to raise her gown all of the way up for anything. But, I think a gown would be more comfy then pants around teh waist, laying in bed.

I wish her luck with her surgery!

Renee
