im sacred i have a tumor in my cervical spine because everytime i rotate my head to the right there is an audible click that i and other people can hear.does anyone know what this could be or anyone ever experience this i would love your feedback because i have an axiety disorder and this doesnt help. thankyou for your time

Sorry that you're troubled by anxiety, but I can relate! It sounds like you've got a bone spur in your neck, which may be totally benign, but loud. My neck isn't ususally loud, but I can hear it sometimes when I turn my head, and my knees crack, too. Getting old!

Check with your doctor, and get an x ray or mri if you think your neck is causing problems. Good luck,
