Does anyone feel like a wave of warmth going through their body and getting a bout of dizziness with it. I have suffered with extreme anxiety for years, but was controlled with meds. that I was able to handle it, not that I was anxiety free. Do not know if this is related to anxiety or not, I had no other symtons, b/p and pulse fine, no palps or anything just this weird feelng, almost like I was going to pass out. This has happened before but was more intense and I felt like a floaty head feeling for the day, today it passed in a few minuets.I did not feel anxious but was two hours late with taking my med. I have fibromyalgia and have been having a lot of pain.

sounds like a panic attack with an adrenalin rush, the floaty head could be derealisation which is caused by anxiety, look it up on the net, the meds may need a change, floaty head may be lightheadedness which has many causes, including anxiety

learn to relax and get some more exercise :)
