I was just cleaning my ears 30 minutes ago and accidently pushed too far with a Qtip. It hurt but didn't think too much about it. Just now I felt "water" in it and put my finger in there and it was blood.

Is this a perforated eardrum? More importantly, what can be done for it or will it heal on its own? I know, "see a doctor" but what can they really do? I hope to avoid the charge of a visit if at all possible.
