Actually, sometimes I feel fatigued after a workout too. Sometimes I feel real energized...I don't know why. But as you know, we expend alot of energy when we workout, and the natural endorphines in the brain can induce a "high" like feeling. If you think it's a problem try to workout at night.:)

While we're on the topic:
I recently worked out and got severe headaches afterwards. While I was working out it felt like I was working the head and the back of my neck was straining as well.

Hobbz - I had a bought with vascular headaches years ago. Sounded similar. Heavy leg presses and not breathing right were the culprit?

Im 20, about 235 pounds, I have a metabolic disorder called sepiapterin reductase deficiency, but im not sure if that is the exact cause, it most likely is, but I was just going to check with other people, and that working out at night is actually a good idea, but I think that I may have already tried that and I think I just wake up in the morning feeling like crap lol.

Looks like breathing was the problem. I've let myself become more free with my workouts ever since, breathing freely and staying relaxed, and it seems to help a lot.
