Just before Thanksgiving I developed a painful spasmodic headache in my right temple area, I was under alot of stress. It would come and go so didn't need to take anything. Then I noticed that I would have the same pain (not at the same time) in my right upper gum area under the cheekbone. I have no symptoms of any tooth problem. This seems to come and go, I did not have any pains anywhere for 3 days until yesterday when i dropped something in the kitchen and made a horrible mess and started crying, then I noticed the head ache again, perhaps a coincidence as it comes on sometimes without any stress. It went away and returned at 6am on and off and then later this morning went to the mouth area again, now I have no pains. My periodontist did make me a bite guard but I cannot sleep with it in altho if I knew this pain was the result of not wearing it I guess I would try again, I grind my teeth at night. Does anyone know if this sounds like a certain problem? Years ago I had migraines and haven't had any for 30 years btw :bouncing: In my case I changed my diet and added B complex and seemed after the birth of my child it went away.

I would look into facial migraines. I have seen alot of referance to it while I was looking into my own migrianes. Hope that this helps some.
