Hi my name is Rick. I have struggled with a problem for the last 4 years or so with no diagnosis. I am in the bathroom for 1 to 4 hours everyday, not feeling completed when doing my daily BM. I have blood, with clots, lots of pressure, some times dull pains, some times sharp pains. My pain is just above my pubic line, and in the center.

One strange thing is it goes away every day no matter how bad it is around noon. Also, on a rare occasion, I will have a "normal" day.

I have been for every test imaginable, and received a few misdiagnosis and left a few guys scratching their heads… A couple of months ago I had a colonoscopy, and a endoscopies (sp?) all resulting negitive. Bariaums, Flex-Sigs, MRI, Crazy Chemical Photos, etc...

Today a doctor said he thinks it’s a huge internal hemorrhoid causing me to feel pressure. This thing is huge, and sticks out all day, making me miserable by leaking bleeding. I have lost more than one pair of pants.

Have any of you heard of something like this? Do you think its possible that its a huge hemorrhoid? I have had every doctor and their staff put a finger up my butt, and this is the first guy to think its the problem?

If I described my problem from day 1 it would sure be a long story, but to sum it up… My problem started with sharp pains in my gut for a week or so. Then I got really sick, and felt like I had to BM all day. I had to push like I was giving birth… My symptoms have changed, a bit over the years, but not too much.

In all reality, some of my problems “happened” and some have probably grown from the originals… I also struggle to uranate now, but that is from pushing, I am sure. Another thing is, I uranate 15 times a day, and can't hold it like I was 90, when I am only 33.

Any help would be appreciated. My life is near miserable because of this, and I should be on top of the world. Its getting to the point where I am considering drastic life/job changes over this as I can't do it anymore.
